Thassos island is the most northerly of all the Greek islands and can be found in the Aegean Sea nestled between the Halkidiki Peninsular and Kavala. Conveniently, it is only 6 kilometres away from the nearest port on the mainland.
Studios Aspa is in Kinira and is 20 kilometers from the ferry port in Limenas (Thassos Town), the capital of Thassos island. Kinira is a small settlement on the east side of Thassos with an open coastline overlooking Kinira island and backed by an imposing, pine forest clad mountain range. You can find a full range of tavernas here, many are specialist fish tavernas, there is also a mini-market and kiosk. Studios Aspa is set in a large garden, amongst olive groves, off the main road and with ample private parking space. There are several shaded areas and a separate barbeque area.
Studios Aspa is almost exactly halfway between two of the most beautiful and popular beaches Thassos has to offer, Paradise Beach is 4 kilometers to the south and Golden Beach (Chrisi Akti) 6.5 kilometers heading northwards. Both are less than 10 minutes away by car. Of course, Kinira has some super beaches too! The main attraction of the local Kinira beaches is that they are never crowded, the sea is crystal clear, shallow and warm and you can choose between white sand or pebble beaches. 400 meters away from Studios Aspa is one of these quiet beaches with beautiful white sand and a wonderful view over to Kinira island.
